Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Working with Default Printers

running JDE 8.12 with Tools 8.98 upgrade 4.11 on AS400:

we currently are printing directly from report to a printer by specifing the JDE printer name in File | Print Setup | Printer Name.

we would like to use P98616 (Working with Default Printers) to control which JDE printer a Report prints to when it needs to print immediately.

I've created a record corresponding to the specific ReportID [ *ALL | ReportID | Report Ver | Environment | Printer Name | Host | Status = AV] - it does not pick up the Printer Name when the report is submitted via Batch Versions.

If I create another record correscponding to the User [ UserID | *ALL | *ALL | Environment | Printer Name | Host | Status = AV] - does pick up the Printer Name when the report is submitted via BV.
