OTL: How to identify adjusted timecard entries from back end?

We are allowing adjustments to already approved timecard entries. We have a custom process that extracts data from OTL. However, we have difficulty identifying adjusted timecard entries. Any pointers/documents that would identify adjusted timecards would help.
