Broken format shows on word2010

Hi

The customer's BIP is 5.6.3
They found the word2010 report's format is different from word2003.

And the customer want to know if word2010 can show the same result as word2003 without Broken format?

operation procedure as below:

1.    use word2003 to design a template

2.    use word2010 to open the file with is design with word2003

3.    save as a new file

4.    use this file to run a report

The result:

Format is different
