SPARC T4-1 Server got into hung state

Hi 

I am running the below server config

System Configuration:  Oracle Corporation  sun4v SPARC T4-1
Memory size: 32256 Megabytes 

OS : SunOS HBETRPRDDB 5.10 Generic_147440-23 sun4v sparc sun4v

On 14mar my server got into hung state. post reboot server came up need to understand what was the cause for this. pls help me to identify the issue

last reboot:

reboot    system boot                   Thu Mar 14 23:57 
reboot    system down                   Thu Mar 14 23:54
