Strange error with ADPATCH

 I just finished the 12.1.1 upgrade driver and was beginning to applying the interoperability patches for 11g. Strangely, adpatch is giving me the following error with every patch that I try to apply. I have run this step several times and I still get this error. I actually ran this step immediately after database upgrade to 11g and was able to to use adpatch to apply the 12.1.1 upgrade driver. I'm not sure why this is failing now. I did try to run the adgrants again but still no success.


AutoPatch error:
Your database is missing important grants on SYS objects.
