Estimation time of index creation and backup through expdp

 Hi,
Please share if any script or method is available to estimate the time of index creation on table which is  230GB . Also I want to check time to complete expdp.

We do not have test/dev server as it is a big database and due to cost cutting only we have prod database and application guys are asking for ETA?

Is there any method in oracle 10.2.5 or 11gR2 so that we can provide them ETA?
