Strategy for Picking Up Staged Messages for Processing by Polling Timers

 Hi All,

I would like to know the strategy to be followed by polling timers to pick up the staged messages for processing. For example, I have two staged messages created, of type "ItemCre", one at 09.34.47.367723000 AM and other at 09.34.47.357723000 AM. Which one will be pickup first for processing?
