Patch 8202632 and problem Enterprise Manager

Hi,

i had my Oracle 10g (10.2.0.4) with patch 8350262 on VirtualMachine WinServer 2008 R2 Standard (64bits), Intel(R) Xeon(R) 2 Processors, 16 GB RAM and yesterday applyed the Patch 8202632 (Release 10.2.0.5) during the update I got the following message in ”Configuring Database with enterprise Manager” : Could not comlete the enterprise Manager configuration. Enterprise manager configuration failes due to the folling error upgrading EM condfiguration to the latest version.Refer to the logs file at e:\oracle\product\10.2.0\db_..\upgrade\emConfig.log for motr details.You can retry configuring this database with Enterprise Manager later by manually running E:\oracle\product….\bin\emca script.

when I had 10.2.0.4 the OEM does'nt working for this reason applied the patches first 8350262 for (10.2.0.4) then 8202632. here the log from yesterday (emConfig.log):
