Tech Stack for EBS 12.2

 I'm curious about the tech stack version for EBS12.2.  I read that Apache is replaced by Weblogic.
My main question is what is the Oracle client version for the web tier and the concurrent tier?

I ask this because my organization is considering enforcing minimum client versions for all database connections.  We would like to prevent older (less secure) clients from connecting.  Our hope is that EBS 12.2 will use client version 11.2
