Disable transaction logging without license for Siebel Remote Client

 Hi,
I need to disable transaction logging without license for Siebel Remote Client. But View 'Administratimon - Siebel Remote / Remote Systems Preferences' doesn't appear. How can we disable transaction logging without this view ?
