Greek characters in pdf output

Hi Good Morning

Our pdf report output has greek characters in recently build R12 (12.1.3)/11g(11.2.0.3) Environment. We dont have this issue in our  few R12 Environment of same release and with all patches.

We had this issue in one of our Test which I put a temporary fix by setting NLS_LANG=American_America=WE8ISO8859P1 in our custom<CONTEXT_FILE>.env and it worked like magic. I know this incorrect approach to resolve it.

Any help is highly appreciated.
