Expense Report Visible in database but not in application

We have a user raising a expense report ..not sure he saved it or not..the details are visible in database but from the application the report is not visible.

The expense status code is NULL and

WORKFLOW_APPROVED_FLAG   =I

Please provide some suggestions.
