Windows agent 12c 64bit - unknown OS release level error

 Hello,
In 12c, we have a dynamic group created that looks at the OS of the host and if it equals "Windows" it will put the host in that dynamic group.  We just started the 12c migration, so as of now we only have 24 Windows servers with 12c agent installed and we have already come across one server that does not show up in that dynamic "Windows" group.  When I look at the Target Information for the host, the Version states:  "Unknown OS Release level"..... I am guessing this is why it doesn't show up in the dynamic group.  However,
