Excel template conditional formatting

 Hi everyone!
I'm new to BI Publisher, so maybe my question is an easy one but I couldn't find any answer to it in the Excel building template guide.

I need to create a conditional formatting on my data. I have 2 columns. Some rows in the first column should be highlighted depending on the values of the second column. How can I implement this in the Excel template?
