After Approval Action on business unit option is set to "Proceed to Next Transaction" issue

After Approval Action on business unit option is set to "Proceed to Next Transaction" issue but still after approval it goes back to the same transaction which was just approved with completely grayed page. in 9.1 FSCM bundle #20 applied. Did any one come across this issue.
