Siebel SEA8.1.1.4 to Siebel SIA Upgrade (*Query about 8.1.1.11 and issue with Upgrep Failing When Ru

Hi

taking into account Upgrep Failing When Running Upgrade From 811 Sea To 811sia [ID 1376660.1]

it seems that I must:

- patch 8.1.1.4 SEA to 8.1.1.5 SEA

- Then Install 8.1.1.0/8.1.1.9 and do SEA-SIA Upgrade.

Is this something that may be 'fixed' with 8.1.1.11 (*as we want to use SQL Server 2012) or will it always be the case that I need to go to 8.1.1.5 to go to SIA and that SEA 8.1.1.4 cannot be updated.

*Edit - Alternatively are there any 'cheats' that I can apply manually.

*Edit 2 - can you get away with just apply 8.1.1.5 Fixpack to dbserver ?
