Deny notification issue in 9.1 bundle #20

Hi All,

We have both header and line deny setup in expenses. (ERAPPROVAL). When any expense report is denied completely it sends out email to the user for each line and also one for the hdr. We don't want email for each line sent out when expense report is denied at the hdr level. Is it possible to achieve this user configuration. We use EX_SHEET_HDR_SEL sql in the Transaction configuration for the line level deny also. (9.1 FSCM #20). it used to send out only one emial in 9.0 for the same setup.
