Ga Taxing issue for World A73, E1 9.0 and 9.1

Since January 2013, Georgia residents have not been taxed correctly. Vertex is getting flooded with calls and I know personally of 3 cases opened with Oracle to address this issue. Each call is being told that no one else has reported the issue and each caller is having to prove the validity of the complaint. Can Oracle send global notice of issue and expected ETA of fix? The proposed work-around of putting fed ex into the CX01 field does not work.

In our example, GROSS Wages=566.14; Single; 2 exemptions is giving us GA/11 tax of $17.62. We expected $21.08. It is exempting $2300 (for all employees and that rate is different based upon value supplied in RMST or MSTI and it is not changing currently). In addition, it is adding add'l $3000 to exemptions. S/3 is deducting 2300+2700+3000+3000+3000. Should be $3000 less. Please note that the new field-CX01 also does not allow a value of "0". THis was tested in World A7.3, E1 9.0 and E1 9.1 and all received the same results.
