Open REQUEST for ODA README patchset & upgrade Suggestions

Greetings All:
  I would like to start a thread here to request assistance from you all regarding what you would like to see for
making our upgrade / install steps easier to follow.

Some of the areas of concern that I have received feedback in that past is

1) Which patchset do I need to use with each product?

2) There are several patches and migration / upgrade options available - which should I use

3) Where do these patches need to be unpacked and which are for one node vs. both nodes?

While we believe that the answers exist in our current documentation, I suspect that we could make this process
