Setup of Roles and Responsibilites in OEM12c

Hi Everyone,

I've been tasked with trying to divide and conquer OEM12c via roles.  My department has Database Engineers that are responsible mainly for creating and maintaining a solid infrastructure, developing jobs etc.  (and each Engineer has specific job streams they are responsible for... like crs, exdata, etc).  l also have Operational DBAs that are responsible for day to day requests, problems from users, also may have other responsibilities in OEM to promote new targets, delete targets etc.  But would not have the ability to add, maintain plug-ins, change/maintain monitoring templates, incident rules.. etc.  Then would be all other users out there
