12cR2 agent upgrade fails

Hi,
I have successfully upgraded my 12c OMS to 12cR2 and all agents are also upgrded to 12cR2 but while upgrading one of the agent getting below error while running. It is giving error for this agent only though all other agents sucessfully upgrded
