Security Profile for viewing ex-employees after rehiring them in other operations

Hi

Here we have the following

1.       one business group and all the operations  (Legal entities / operating units) are created in one business group.

2.       All the operating units fall under a business group in an organization hierarchy

3.       Security profiles are built based on organization hierarchy and operation as the top organization

Issue

4.       When the employee is terminated in one operating unit and rehired in other operating unit, Only latest operating unit is getting that information. We are not able to see this in older operating unit.

         Any inputs are appreciated.
