Volume offers to customers in retrospect

Hi, I have some customers that for some reasons their volume offers since 2013 where not validated. (They were in pending validation).
After problem solved customers have validated offers from 15.02.2013
How can I complete the missing data?
Apply offers to their sales order lines that created between 01.01.2013-14.02.2013
Calculate accruals transactions
