How to Submit a Concurrent Program in a dedicated instance in 11i

 Hi All,
Please advice how can I submit a concurrent program  in a dedicated RAC instance for a single run on 11i release. In R12.1.1 onwards we have session control where I can select session control with instance name as parameter. Please suggest for 11i.

e.g. I have a concurrent request Active Users and I want to run for once on instance A1 for database A.
