Oracle Application Server Report Server hangs

 Hello

We have been having some problems with the report server component of Oracle Application Server version 10g R2(10.1.2.0.2) The report server "hangs" on report generation but the problem appears to be random and not always on the same and that particular report has remained in "Formatting page 2..." status for 1 hours before we killed the report engine. how to troubleshoot and resolve issues
