Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi .

Please help me understand how can i view the XML behind the pdf is beeing printed by running Format Payment Instructions concurrent .

when i go to request and click the diagnostic the XML button is disabled and also in the log file the XML is not the compelete Xml .
