DFF on Work Order Page

Hi,
I have created 3 context field value Code on Work Order page in Enterprise Asset Management. It is in addition to Global Data Elements. Each Code contain 3 segments with unique attribute.The names of Code are as follows.
a) Work Order Information
b) ODS Work Order Details
c) Incompletion Details

We have created work order and filled the first Code for additional information on work order and SAVE it. Now, work order goes to next level ( Supervisor) to get ODS details. When Supervisor saved ODS details, Work Order information got deleted from respective attributes. Also removed from data base table.
