 HI
 we are in Mar-2013, by mistake i opened the GL periods from Apr-2013 to Nov-2013.
Dec-2013 and Adj-2013 changed from never opend to future entry.

 I asked oracle for support, and they delivered  datafix,
i implemented the datafix in the test server and i made the following steps as test
1- closing mar-2013 without posting Mar-2013 transaction.
2- print the trial balance of Mar-2013 , Feb-2013  and compare the beginning balance with the ending balance ; the result is OK.
3- open Apr-2013 
4-open Mar-2013 and posting Mar-2013 transactions.
5-closing Mar-2013 again
6- print the trial balance of Feb-2013, Mar-2013, Apr-2013 and comparing the beginning balance with the ending balance; the result is ok.
