recovering the node after eviction..

Hi All,

i am trying to find out some steps that we may take if a node evicted and we need to recover that node. what are steps that we need to take to recover a node. normally after every eviction, a node rebooted and come back. but what if its not comming back. what should be the recovery steps of that node. we are running 11gR2 (11.2.0.2) RAC with 2 nodes on REHL5.5 64bit.
