patching oracle restart with GI PSU 11.2.3.0.5

Hi,
We have a server with oracle restart 11.2.0.3.1  and a  single instance rdbms 10.2.0.4.

We want to upgrade the oracle restart 11.2.0.3.1 with the GI PSU 11.2.0.3.5 ( Patch 14727347 ). 

I have gone thru the PSU README doc several time and still am a bit confused.

We want to patch just the Oracle restart and don't touch the rdbms home.

Could someone validate that the following command is the correct one to use :

      opatch auto <UNZIPPED_PATCH_LOCATION> -oh <path to Oracle 11.2.0.3.1 Restart home> -ocmrf  < path to ocm response file >

I have added the -oh parameter because we want to patch only the Oracle restart home.
