Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. What is location of dvt-graph-skin.xml file for BIP11g, for both the desktop development and server

We create RTF templates on the desktop (using MS Word) and then we move them on the server. I would say the common practice.

However, we don't know if it is possible for BIP11g to use dvt-graph-skin.xml or similar file .

Does anybody know what is location of graph skin file (dvt-graph-skin.xml ) for both desktop where we develop reports and for the server?
