Patch 10304670:R12.CE.B:12.1.3:Fails to generate form CEXCABMR.fmb

 Hi,

we have applied the patch on a clone to try to solve the problem listed in note:
R12 An Error Occurred When Trying To Reconcile Multiple Payments From Different Orgs ORA-01403 FRM-40735 [ID 1137948.1

the first patch was applied successfully but the second patch
Patch 9790093:R12.CE.B is released as "Internal" and will provide CEXCABMR.fmb 120.194.12010000.39

So for customers in R12.CE.B,apply Patch 10304670:R12.CE.B which provides CEXCABMR.fmb 120.194.12010000.43

was not updated and always giving the following message when appliedthe patch it gave a msg:

 "CEXCABMR.fmb did not generate successfully"

we also tried adadmin to generate did not generate
