Hi,
We need to apply patch 8587494 and its pre-patch step is to consult Metalink note 833986.1. Stated on this note:

xla patch/115/sql xlarpmpb.pkb 120.8.12000000.4
xla patch/115/sql xlatbbal.pkb 120.4.12000000.9
xla patch/115/sql xlatbdmg.pkb 120.21.12000000.23
