Query applied patch# of ODF/XDF file

Hi,

Would like to know if anyway quick way we can retrieve the history of patch# which already applied related to a specify ODF / XDF file.

For those patches applied in merge patch option, that even worst where it can't tell the correct patch# instead simply pick 1 of the patch# among those patches during the merge and record them into the db.

Let me know if we have any useful script we can query for ad metadata to list those all.
