R12 : Compatibility between rollup

Hello,

 We are on 12.1.2 and applied 12.1.3 ATG 891949 and also HR_FPK5 13418800

How can we progress in upgrading our financials ?
Can we apply 12.1.3 RUP ? and will that conflict with HRFPK which deliver 12.1.5 ?
