OIC - Oracle Incentive Compensation' --> Interval Settings

Hi,

Product is 'Oracle Incentive Compensation' and version and Release is R12.1.3.

Navigation is :

Incentive Compensation Administrator --> Configuration Workbench --> Application Parameters --> Define Interval Settings

During setup of 'Interval Settings', LOV for Intervals has no values.

Also an error message ' Initiation failed' is being returned by the application.

In fact the ERP was implemented in 2005 and now we are implementing OIC.

We have opened periods for Year 2011, 2012 and 2013 for OIC implementation.

But still same error is returned and LOV has no data.

Screenshot with error message is uploaded.

How to overcome the problem and continue?
