Rman fail while duplicate from RAC to single instance

 Hi,
     I plan to duplicate from a RAC instances to single instance. I can use rman to connect from target and auxiliry correctly. I run the DUPLICATE command but it fail on script "startup clone nomount ". I find that databse was shutdown normally but it fail to startup nomount. I only can connect to an idle instane. Please see log below:
