planner workbench showing disabled asl supplier

we have issue where planner workbench showing a disabled supplier in approved supplier list.

The supplier asnd supplier site combination for item A is disable in Approved supplier list however the status is till approved but disable flagged is checked.

there is no sourcing rules for this supplier/item combination.

planner workbench suggesting this supplier for item A however if you right click and go into item, it shows the different supplier which is correct one.

our only problem is then why its showing disabled ASL supplier in main form
