Printer Configuration issue in R12

When I run active user report From R12 . Its given below error.


EPSONFX-2175: timeout APP-FND-00500: AFPPRN received a return code of failure from routine FDUPRN. Program exited with status 1 Cause: AFPPRN received a return code of failure from the OSD routine FDUPRN. Program exited with status 1.


But when i Check with the root. I am able to printer any file from solaris server.

Plz suggest .
