REP-50125: An internal exception occurred

Hi all,

After Shutdown WLS_REPROTS server in a reports_cluster, and try to check cluster, if cluster have access to other node (WLS_REPORTSw), get the following error:
REP-50125: An internal exception occurred: java.security.AccessControlException: access denied (oracle.security.jps.service.policystore.PolicyStoreAccessPermission Context:APPLICATION Context Name:reports Actions:getApplicationPolicy).

How can I isolate the error position?
