Error12 - Funds reservation failed

Hi

We have Created "Absolute Budgetary Control Setup' & uploaded Expense Budget only.

Also we have created Summary Template for 2 Segment Values with Absolute Budgetary Control

Now I am creating Manual Transaction for Asset & Liabilties Account but it is showing error "Error12 - Funds reservation failed" and not able to Post into GL

Below is Out put for your reference
