Collect actuals on Forecasts in Project Management

 Hi,

We are using project management for budgeting and forecasting on R12 version.

I want to know the configurations and processes to copy actuals financials data on the forecasts.

I have tried running the below programs in sequence but system is not copying the actuals.

Distributed all costs and created accounts. 

PRC: Load Project and Resource Base Summaries

PRC: Load Project Performance Data

And then tried "Collect Actuals" on forecasts.

Any document which explains the overall process would be of great help.
