Using SSLPassPhraseDialog to execute password file does not start application apache adapcctl.sh

Hi
I have created password file to automatically prompt password to start the root apache using  SSLPassPhraseDialog  exec:/path/to/passfile
I have scheduled to stop and start around 12:00AM sunday with interval for 3 mintues to start. My OEBS Application services starts around 9AM (adstrtall.sh)
It is strange that the application apache does not start , the start log shows that that adapcctl.sh exit with status 0, however, when i try to login, i could not see login page.
So, i need to stop root apache and restart root apache and then start adappactl.sh manually to get login page.
