Invalid SRN

Hi,

After upgrading from 8.1.1.7 to 8.1.1.9 we are receiving an Invalid SRN error every time we try to execute a SWE command within our application. We have learned that after 8.1.1.8 Siebel introduced the SRN and that the SRN parameter has to be appended to every SWE command with the value for the specific session.

We have several links that access views in Siebel from different applications and there is no way that we can now the value of SRN for the session the user is on.

We followed one suggestion posted in this community (Setting SessionTracking = URL in the eapps.cfg):
