Iprocurement - count information

Hello

I have a question, when you put the profile option : POR - display shopping category - Yes

the system in Iproc shows a count

what exactly does this count do, where does it come from..

see attached,

as the count which is shown , does not correspond to the items really in the category, or what is displayed on the screen..
