Patch 9239090 - Causes adpatch to hang

Hi,
The patch 9239090 is being applied as a part of upgrading the environment to 12.1.3. adpatch hangs while only few jobs left for completion.

ATTENTION: All workers either have failed or are waiting:

           FAILED: file FNDMDGEN     on worker  1.

The log shows the below:
Writing file /u01/app/oracle/apps/apps_st/appl/gmf/12.0.0/mesg/US439113.tmp
Moving file /u01/app/oracle/apps/apps_st/appl/gmf/12.0.0/mesg/US.msb to /u01/app/oracle/apps/apps_st/appl/gmf/12.0.0/mesg/US439113.old.
Moving file /u01/app/oracle/apps/apps_st/appl/gmf/12.0.0/mesg/US439113.tmp to /u01/app/oracle/apps/apps_st/appl/gmf/12.0.0/mesg/US.msb.
