BIPublisherDesktop - Installation Issue

Hi,

             I am trying to install BIPublisherDesktop.exe on my new machine (windows7), in the past, i had successfully installed on my OLD windows xp sp3 system.

when I am trying to install, I am getting error message for, Java Runtime Environment.  [ Error Message; Java Runtime Environment not installed ]

My Current Java Run time Version on my Windows 7 machine is:

java version "1.6.0_43"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_43-b01)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 20.14-b01, mixed mode)

I am on Windows 64Bit OS.

Any Help, is really appreciated. Thanks
