How can I load email recipients addresses for scheduling report disbributions. It appears you have

When setting up schedule batches you have the ability to choose from a list who you would like to send the reports to.  You can add the recipient if they don't already exist.  I would like to download all the users from our active directory so that the user can choose rather than them having to create each time.  Is there a way to load all the users?  We want to add individual users not as one group.
