Cannot view Requisitions in the Professional Buyers Work Center

 I cannot view any of my requistions from the Professional Buyers Work Center in Oracle Purchasing R12. I have tried all of the seeded views and I have also created my own personal views, but still the requisitions are not displayed. Sometimes I get "No results found" and sometimes I get and error page. 
Are there other setups I need to do or is there a profile option I need to enable to get this to work. I will greatly appreciate it if someone out there could provide some assistance.
