I'd like to ask if anyone has any experience of the use of HR Contingent worker Resources vs. Supplier Contact Resources vs. Third Party Resources vs. Employee Resources in R12.  We are implementing at a Utilities company, and performing design currently.

HR/Finance Requirements:

a). a core requirement from HR/Finance is that the CEO would like to have visibility of exactly how many people are working at the utility company at any one time *(including third party resources).  Using Contingent workers would have been good to achieve this.

Field Service Requirements:

b) taking reactive maintenance calls from customers (Teleservice), and creating tasks/work orders to resolve them.
